Urban home design that is rapidly growing can be seen in terms of architecture form and functionality of the home. Building with a stunning appearance of this is the Isaly Residence, this building is redesigned by Fractal Construction at 1848 Gramercy Park townhouse in New York City. The work to renovate the building that is divided into two apartment is done by add a large plywood as a divider, replacing the old steel frame, installing HVAC systems and others. Collaborate with light designer Ingo Maurer and Sculptor Emilio Garcia to make a dwelling which has walls and ceilings living decorated with dramatic lighting. This apartment also has a kitchen area which is interspersed with sensuous sculptures that makes it look more stylish.

The building is designed by OS3 arkitektura and located on Usurbil, Spain. The building that separates the two large public buildings that is Dema plaza (the main plaza of Usurbil) and Askatasuna Plaza. Separating two public spaces on the Street 4, in Usurbil and the Potxonea House of this looks fierce with black paint on the outside wall. The front of the building facing the Dema plaza was designed by adding the load-bearing facade walls, small openings and finishings with ashlar stone. On the other hand, the front of the building facing Askatasuna Plaza is designed with a more modest facade of a wooden frame and larger openings.
