1. The Roof Maintenance
The roof is part of the house that will directly protect the inside of your house from rain and hot sun. If the condition of your roof is not good then this will allow water to enter and wet the interior of your home. Check the roof to look for possible damage such as cracks in the ridge and the tile position. Cracks on the ridge can you fix by using wire netting waterproof coated, if cracks appear severe enough you should perform small renovations to the roof.

2. Check the Wall
ITo be durable and not easily damaged when exposed to water then the exterior walls should be protected with a waterproof coating. You can use wall paint that can maintain your walls remain vibrant despite the rain and heat. The walls that painted with weather resistant paint will last longer and can keep the walls stay dry so it is not easily damaged or moldy.
3. Check the Waterways
If your home has been ascertained in good condition then the next step is to check the plumbing. Make sure water can drain properly so it will not cause water puddles on the page because it can make your home look worse. Ensure drains are free from the pile of trash that can clog the flow of water.

4. Securing accessories and outdoor furniture
Garden accessories or furniture that is located on the outside of home also need to get a protection order is not easily damaged. The garden accessories that using electric power like a garden lights also need to be examined. Make sure the cables that connect the lights with power source is in good condition because if the cable peel is exfoliate can be fatal.
