Minimalist home design has a strong appeal and suitable with modern lifestyles. Here is a minimalist house designed by Architect Inaqui Carnicero Alonso-Colmenares, this house was built in Los Peñascales, Madrid, Spain. This is one of the modern minimalist homes designed by leading architects in spain. This house has a unique relaxing room in the bottom of which was facilitated by transparent glass walls for enjoyed the charming views on the hills area.
The house name is Pitch House, built in the hilly area that has a large slope to the south. This house has an underground section that also serves to break down the slope, this is done to ensure the safety of buildings. There are two granite and one of them connected to the house, the bottom ceiling level also serves as a floor that is used to downstairs and built the living room.
Solid wall visible in almost all parts on the side up of home, this is certainly different from the situation on the ground floor. The upper floors tend to use more of the solid wall with several glass windows to keep the sun’s rays can still get into the house. This house has been prepared to maintain the temperature during the winter and still comfortable to use when summer comes.
