In the modern era like the present all aspects of rapid progress. Progress was not only in terms of information technology but also have an impact on progress in the world of Architecture. The designers and consumers began to build a modern house, but we can not forget that not all modern-smelling house that can guarantee the comfort of its occupants. Look at this one house:
This house is a wooden house which still survive in modern-paced world. The house has been simple from the outside but very beautiful inside, the tiny house that has all the essential requirements of a modern house, a beautiful, functional, elegant. This modern wooden house designed by Roberto Semprini, a prefab company that violates the opinion of most people that the small wooden house mold is not so aesthetically pleasing. Roberto Semprini very well capable of designing prefabricated single-family houses that only need 100 square meters of site-plan to build.

According to an article I read in Contemporist written “Carol Richard, founding partner of the Atlanta-based architecture firm Richard Wittschiebe Hand, returned home to Madison, Wisconsin last summer to build her house. “When I was a young architect,” says Carol, “I designed and built a house for myself in Atlanta and I’ve always wanted to build again and take advantage of the things I’ve learned over my career.” Carol’s most recent design is a collaboration with her mechanical engineer husband, Fred Berg. Their residence, known as the Ross Street House, was recognized as Wisconsin’s first LEED for Homes Platinum rated residence in July 2009. The home has captured the attention of green enthusiasts throughout the country for far exceeding the requirements to achieve the highest LEED rating of Platinum.”
